Sarah and Tony Zolecki are Agel's Newest Diamond Directors!
Sarah and Tony Zolecki have officially hit the mark that they both dreamed of just two short years ago when they enrolled as team members in Agel. And though Sarah couldn’t quite fathom the idea back then, it was with her realistic and hard working style and Tony’s visionary approach that they achieve that which had been their number one goal from the beginning.
“When we hit Diamond I thought back to the day I filled out my application and remember hoping I would just make my $1000 back,” said Sarah. “I couldn’t comprehend making $10,000 or more in residual income. But now I see that the sky’s the limit.”
The first call they made after going Diamond was to their sponsor and mentor Eric Worre, the man who had encouraged them to be the rock stars they hoped to become. This advice has quickly become part of the culture that makes up Sarah and Tony’s team.

For the Zoleckis, hitting Diamond was not so much about the income or prestige of a new rank, but more the belief building testimony they could share with their team members. It was about instilling a belief that such a rank can be achieved by anyone who is willing to follow the system that has been set in place.
Often times new team members ask the Zoleckis if it’s possible for them to be the next Diamond. The Zoleckis response is in their actions more than their words, showing that persistence until the very end wins over even natural talent or skill set.
The Zoleckis have been known to push until the last hour of the last day of the month and July was no different for them. In fact, well after they knew they had hit that Diamond mark, they were working furiously to make sure as many members of their team hit their business-building goal for the month.
“That’s the great thing about Agel and this industry,” said Tony. “Your success breeds another’s success. While going Diamond was very exciting for Sarah and I, we share the achievement with everyone in our team.”
The Zoleckis would like to especially thank the Directors in their team who helped make Diamond a reality, namely Bobby Mitchell and Samantha Goedert, Bob and Linda Strom, Patti Strom and Jason Macmaster, Christine Toomey, Teresa Crespo, Glenn Carson and Kristi Carlson and Gwen Larson.
A bonus for the Zoleckis was being number nine of the first ten Diamond Directors in Agel’s history.
“Sarah and Tony truly exemplify what Agel is all about,” said Agel Founder and CEO Glen Jensen. “They met and married in Agel, have built a strong team and through hard work and dedication have become two of our finest team leaders in the company.”

Aside from their business building efforts, Sarah and Tony also have the goal to start a family, which according to them will most likely happen sooner rather than later. However, their ultimate goal is to create enough residual income that they can increase their charitable giving exponentially.
“We have the goal to truly impact peoples lives through charitable giving,” said Tony. “In fact, if we were in a place where we could give ten percent of our monthly income and that eventually adds up to a million dollars a year, we will have begun to make an impact, all because of Agel.”
Sarah and Tony were winners of the 2006 Leadership Award presented during the Hawaii Leadership Retreat in Maui last January.
“The fact of the matter is, their passion and persistence is second to none and we are truly blessed to be associated with them and have them at Agel,” said Agel Vice President of Global Sales Jeff Higginson.
According to Sarah, what has helped them become the leaders they are in their teams today is reaching out and asking for advice and not being afraid to reach up and spend time with those who are better than themselves. That coupled with personal development and the willingness to grow and progress are the keys to the Zoleckis success.
Next stop for the Zoleckis is Double Diamond and they believe the momentum they have going that helped them hit Diamond will likely help them reach that next rank very soon. One can bet that their mantra will continue to be the same…persistence and resilience…persistence and resilience.
