Meet Agel's Newest Diamond Director Juan Carlos Garduño Robles
From the time Juan Carlos Garduño Robles, from Mexico, was a young boy he always thought of helping others from around the world reach their dreams. This was, in fact, his dream — a dream that seemed to elude him despite a privileged upbringing, one that offered education and opportunity.
However, when the opportunity to participate in a company that could help him reach his dream was presented to him, through Double Diamond Director Eric Worre's “The Agel Phenomenon” video, he remembers thinking to himself, “Are you an idiot? Get out of here!”
Obviously though, something resonated with him enough to take a closer look and ultimately sign up as an Agel team member. The date was January 14th — the day Juan says changed his life. Six months later, he is Agel's newest Diamond Director and one of three Diamonds from Mexico to hit in one month!
“Though it was my dream I never imagined there could be a way where through me I could teach a lot of people to change other people's lives and at the same time change their own, both financially and by living a healthy life,” said Juan.
Juan promptly presented Agel to his brother Rodrigo, who had a similar first response, and laughed. After showing Rodrigo what Diamond Directors, Alberto and Dafne Zilinger, had accomplished in such a short amount of time, he was on board.
From that day on, Juan and Rodrigo began conducting upwards of two to three Private Business Receptions daily with their closest friends, presenting to groups small and large. They traveled by plane, bus and car, taking the Agel message to all regions of the Mexico market and with each step, confirming what they know to be true about the Agel opportunity — that it can change lives and help those who embrace it fulfill their dreams. At last, Juan was fulfilling his dream!
As many before him know, building to Diamond in six months is no small task. Juan's approach was to “never stop dreaming Agel, breathing Agel, playing Agel, talking Agel, walking Agel, believing Agel and sleeping Agel” to the point where being Agel is second nature because ultimately, other's will do the same. He also got to work, following the Agel system and conducting countless Private Business Receptions, Agel Business Briefings, New Member Orientations, all the while supporting his team members and letting them know, through actions instead of words, that they are never alone in building their business.
Juan takes his responsibility as one of Agel's newest Diamond Directors seriously, knowing that others will follow in his footsteps, knowing he has an opportunity to influence others for the better and knowing his commitment to Agel and helping others live their dream is bigger now than it was when he first began. He lives his life, “doing what he wants to do, enjoying his family and friends, helping others with their Agel business and just Doing Life!”
