		<description><![CDATA[Today, Agel President and COO, Scott Bocklund, announced enhancements to the Agel Worldwide Compensation Plan to bring it in line with the plan currently used in select international markets. &quot;This plan has proven very successful in Southeast Asia,&quot; Bocklund commented. &quot;It allows team members to start earning more, faster and adds an additional bonus to the package. There are now 9 ways to earn compensation with Agel.&quot; <br /> <br />There are 3 basic enhancements in the new plan, effective immediately:<br /> 1. The new plan introduces a new rank below that of Manager. The new rank is called &quot;Supervisor&quot; and requires at least 1,000 CV in the lesser leg.<br /><br /> 2. 		<description><![CDATA[One of the great blessings of my life is that in my new role, I get to spend much of my time with you, the Agel team members worldwide. It doesn&rsquo;t seem like there is a corner of the globe I haven&rsquo;t visited to encourage you, help train you, and cheer your victories.<br /><br />This past month I visited Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa. As you can imagine, the kaleidoscope of colors, scenery, sounds, smells, tastes, and culture was varied and unique in each part of the world. But everywhere I went, I found the same thing&mdash;people whose lives have been changed by their association with Agel, its remarkable products, and its business opportunities.<br /><br />In a time of worldwide difficulty, Agel stands as a shining beacon because it is accessible to everyone. No matter where you come from, no matter what your background, you can improve your health and build financial security for yourself and the ones you love with Agel. <br /><br />In Thailand I saw a young couple, Maiyasit Swangthammarat and his darling Puchita, who are 26 and 25 years old respectively. Maiyasit, or Mai, identified network marketing as his industry of opportunity at a young age and went straight from college into direct selling. With Agel, he can provide educational opportunities for his little ones.<br /><br />In Vietnam I met Hoang Hai Yen, a single mother with two children who was eeking out her existence as a hairdresser. She recognized the Agel opportunity as a way for her to get ahead and now she makes more money in a month than most people in her country make in ten years(!!). That is the truth. In April, she became Agel&rsquo;s tenth Double Diamond Director.<br /><br />From young people, to families, to single mothers, in places like Africa and Vietnam, the Agel story proves that all you need to get ahead in life is purpose, hard work, and determination to work through the rejection and hard times.<br /><br />The system works, people. This will require better organization and an increased effort to coordinate such things as inventory levels, distribution, promotions and marketing efforts.<br /><br />Today Agel President and COO Scott Bocklund announced some structural changes that will help Agel begin to better coordinate its regional operations and empower local decision-making. This new structure is the result of much careful thought and deliberation by Mr. Bocklund and Agel&#39;s Board of Directors. You know that nobody can hear or understand what you said. <br />&nbsp;<br />If you find yourself doing this then you know that your head is in this business but your HEART isn&rsquo;t. Sure, you know that this business makes sense for you. It&rsquo;s a great opportunity. But, you don&rsquo;t feel it in your heart. <br />&nbsp;<br />Here&rsquo;s something you need to come to terms with: Only when your heart is determined to complete your goal will you be able to succeed&hellip;<br />&nbsp;<br />When I was a boy, I thought it would be great to be a piano player so I took up lessons. It was only one week later that it became a chore and a job to practice, because my heart wasn&rsquo;t in it. So I gave it up.&nbsp; <br /><br />Later in life I desperately wanted to play the violin. And because it was something I wanted so bad and my heart and soul was into it, I never felt that it was a chore. I enjoyed each and every moment playing that violin and continued to do so for ten years.&nbsp; <br />&nbsp;<br />When I was a Boy Scout, I wanted to complete my Eagle award in the shortest amount of time possible--which was 2 years. 		<description><![CDATA[Last week, Agel Enterprises celebrated the Grand Opening of its new Regional Corporate Headquarters in Mexico City.<br /><br />The office will serve Mexico and the greater South America region as a place to meet and conduct business as well as a place to receive training and customer service, said Regional VP Zach Bradley. The fully redesigned headquarters features glass and wood paneling, a fully functional ABB room, training cubicles, a full staff of customer service agents, and a very exclusive address as it sits in a very desirable part of town.<br /><br />The Opening was an exclusive event. Only those who had qualified at Regional Director and above in the previous commission period were invited. Still, the room was packed with over 100 Mexican leaders. Agel Double Diamond Directors, Alberto &amp; Dafne Zirlinger and Karla Karam were in attendance as well as Diamond Directors Maria Carreon, Juan Carlos &amp; Roderigo Gardu&ntilde;o, and Jaime &amp; Sara Lokier.<br /><br />Agel CEO Glen Jensen, General Counsel Jesse Riddle, and Global Sales VP Jeff Higginson anchored the corporate team present to conduct the opening, including the ceremonial ribbon cutting.<br /><br />Then all present were treated to a black tie dinner, complete with Mariachi Band accompaniment at a luxury restaurant in the city. <br /><br />The event also coincided with an &ldquo;I Am Agel&rdquo; event for over 1,000 regional team members to following two days.<br /><br />Congratulations to Team Agel in Mexico City for their continued hard work and success.]]></description>

Here&#39;s his remarkable story:<br /><br />&quot;I was introduced to Agel by two amazing people, Nat &amp; Chanida Puranaputra. I had known Nat &amp; Chanida from being part of their team in another company.<br /><br />&quot;Through their amazing example, I&rsquo;ve learned that to succeed in this business, you must first have the belief that you will. You must have absolute faith that the right opportunity will reveal itself at the prefect time. Of course, in order to be successful, you have to be willing to play full on. There are no shortcuts to success.<br /><br />&quot;I attended every training, every ABB and followed what I was taught, but, much to my dismay, nothing happened! I was doing what my leaders trained and still wasn&rsquo;t getting the results. I would remind myself of Chanida&rsquo;s encouraging words, &#39;You&rsquo;ve got to have that Diamond attitude, know you&rsquo;re a Diamond, think like a Diamond and act like a Diamond.&#39; Nat&rsquo;s favorites that stuck with me are are &#39;Just do it and do it and do it until the job gets done, then do just a little it more.&#39; and &#39;It&rsquo;s like baseball. Just keep swinging&hellip; you&rsquo;ll start hitting, and then, when you hit a home run it&rsquo;s unbelievable!&#39; <br /><br />&quot;So I kept on going. I knew what Nat &amp; Chanida, as well as the other amazing leaders in Agel, were saying does happen. In late 2008 I just set my intention on becoming a Senior Director in January 09. That&rsquo;s how I was going to qualify for Cancun. I focused on my intention, not worrying about how it would happen. I just knew I would be Senior Director in January. <br /><br />&quot;Then, things started to shift, I was getting comfortable doing what was previously uncomfortable. I BELIEVED. One Tuesday night at about 11:00 p.m. in October, my head told me to go home. I had just eaten a late dinner, and needed to get up early the next day. I sat in my car, put the keys in the ignition and heard a voice from my heart say, &#39;Get out, go upstairs and get that phone number.&#39; I did and met someone who changed my path with Agel.<br /><br />&quot;This person was a top leader from another company. He and his upline met with myself, Nat &amp; Chanida. They saw the tremendous opportunity with Agel and joined the team. They tried the products in November and loved them! They really started going the last two weeks of December. I was on the phone constantly with them and providing whatever support they needed. Their team really started to grow fast. He hit Director in 3 weeks and qualified for the President&rsquo;s Club. His upline hit Director next and also qualified for the President&rsquo;s Club. Their amazing growth got me to Regional Director!<br /><br />&quot;January exploded! Their team was taking off! Everyone was so busy, it was so much fun! Supporting the team was easy when you&rsquo;re working with such nice people! 		<description><![CDATA[Now that 2009 is in high gear, <em>are you?</em><br /><br />One of the biggest things that will impact your productivity this year in your Agel business will be your ability to set attainable goals and achieve them. You are the one who is accountable for your own success.<br /><br />And it starts with a vision. Being as specific as you can, describe what success would look like to you.<br /><br />We talk a lot about &ldquo;defining your WHY&rdquo; here at Agel and it is because, until you can articulate with some specificity what it is you are going to accomplish with your Agel business, it will be next to impossible for you to map out a plan to get there.<br /><br />Once you have described what success will look like for you it is time to set some intermediary goals that will take you there.<br /><br />Remember, to be worth your time, goals need to be SMART! It is also something you can measure, right? You can track your progress from week to week and be accountable to yourself for your results. You can write them down.<br /><br />My experience has taught me that it doesn&rsquo;t matter so much what your goals are as much as whether or not you hold yourself accountable to them.<br /><br />If they are too easy, you can set your sights higher. If you are discouraged because they are not attainable, you can revise them downward from month to month. But you can only do that if you hold yourself accountable and track your progress against your goals.<br /><br />How many people are you going to contact? How many PBRs are you going to hold? How much product are you going to give away as samples? How much weight will you lose with the <a href="http://befitdolife.com">FIT Challenge</a>? How many people will you bring to your local ABB this month? <br /><br />This is what serious-minded Agel business owners do. This is the path to being a Diamond. You simply must lay out a plan, with dates and commitments, and then track your progress toward those objectives.<br /><br />There has never been a better time to be engaged in this business.
